Other results are physical and mental wellbeing, feeling of mastery and purpose. Physical and mental recovery, be it from: busy career, motherhood/ parenthood, burn out, life crisis or chronic illness.

What is included?

• weekly live webinars 90 minutes first quarter, 
• weekly laser coaching, individual, 20 min, 12 sessions
• individual counselling 50 minutes sessions, 24 throughout the year 
• access to online resources in form of videos and printable materials
• Accountability Partner
• breakthrough workshops and retreats
